SERVICE CONTRACTS

Transportation Contract

(Governed by the provisions of the COMMERCE CODE OF
COLOMBIA, articles 1002, 1004, 1013 and following).
1. For the modification of time and date of this ticket, it is essential that the passenger

hand that are forgotten inside the bus.
6. The company will not transport people who are drunk or under

7. The company will only answer for the luggage, when these have been delivered to the

8. The passenger may not carry in their luggage, weapons, ammunition, explosive materials or

9. The Company is not responsible for delays, damages or losses, etc., that are caused by force
major or fortuitous case, or because of the passenger's fault

General Conditions Remittances

1. El remitente se compromete a acepar las condiciones que la tiene para el transporte de mercancías, giros y encomiendas.
2. La mercancía después de recibida, corre bajo riesgo y amparo directo de la Empresa.
3. La empresa no responderá por mercancías retenidas por las autoridades, siempre y cuando sean de procedencia dudosa, material bélico, productos alcaloides y artículos de contrabando.
4. Después de entregada la mercancía por parte de la Empresa no se responde por deterioro o pérdida parcial o total de la misma.
5. La empresa en caso de deterioro o pérdida de la mercancía transportada, responderá únicamente por el valor que el remitente estipula como seguro.
6. La empresa, después de entregada la mercancía no se responde por la misma.
7. En caso de alteraciones de orden público, asonadas y otras alteraciones imprevistas, la empresa responderá por la mercancía enviada.
8. La empresa no responde por mercancías que el cliente no permita verificar su contenido y se responderá por el valor asegurado.
9. La empresa, asume la responsabilidad de la NO entrega oportuna de la mercancía.
10. La empresa, no responde por productos perecederos, ni combustibles.

General Conditions Warehouse

8. In the case of public order, assonance and other unforeseen changes, the company will respond for the received storage.
9. The company does not respond for merchandise that the client does not allow to verify its content and will be responsible for the declared value.
10. The company is not responsible for perishable products, or fuels, or valuable items such as jewelry, cash, securities, electronic devices, among others.
11. For the warehouse that contains perishable food the cold chain will not be guaranteed and will be stored for up to 2 days while for other types of warehouses this time will be up to 90 days.
